The summit in Chicago will include participants from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, South Carolina, Texas and Louisiana. This summit will take place April 19-20, 2012.

Important dates for state teams attending the summit in Chicago:

March 1, 2012:  Full team rosters due to HSpears@aucd.org and co-leads identified

March 8, 2012, 5:00-6:00pm Eastern: Webinar for Co-leads

March 28, 2012:  Last day to make reservations for hotel rooms at group rate

April 5, 2012, 5:00-6:00pm Eastern: Preparation webinar for all state team members (optional, but suggested)

April 12, 2012: State Team PowerPoint presentations are due to HSpears@aucd.org by 5pm EST.
